……Owner financing is available. Lot 72 is a deeded lot, you will own the lot. If you use financing your payment for the mortgage, HOA and taxes with your good credit will be about $896 a month, with 20K down. Resort rules state  that " only class A and 5th wheels that are 30 feet or longer may enter the resort. RV's also must be ten years or younger.” Age requirement does not apply once you are an owner.An exception can be made if the exterior of your RV is in good condition.
Lot 72 is also a good earner because of its location.  I can rent the lot most any month that I am not using the lot. So let's see what we can work out.
