The site is located on a private peninsula owned by the members of the Oak Hill Association and is set among the last eight private homes on the Lagoon just north of the Merritt Island Refuge.

The intercoastal water way runs only 200 yards in front, just south of the end of the no wake zone, so run run run to your favorite fishing grounds at the speed you desire. The peninsula offers a great private boat dock, boat ramp, fish cleaning station and boat / trailer parking all at your disposal and included in the rent.

Terms: Rent due on the first of each month. Due to local ordinances some restrictions apply. 50 amp service, water, sewer and trash disposal included in rent. Tenant pays cable and internet. Small on-leash pets only. Applications will be reviewed by Association Board for approval prior to a lease commitment.
