It is located close to Tampa, Sun City Center, Sarasota, the beaches, and some of the best golf in Florida. We are located a couple blocks from Little Harbor development, complete with restaurants and a beach bar. Our community center is available to host many social events and is equipped with a women and men's bath facilities, and a nice laundry facility. Full hook ups with 30 amp and 50 amp service available. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to live, then we are the place. We hope to see you soon.
