We enjoy hosting our RV family : ) We're set up for 1 couple sites. Day guests are welcome on occasion. Please check with Leslie.Just so we know who is visiting on the estate. We offer 4 places to share.This is a private 2.5 acre gated estate on the Gulf of Mexico. We offer 50 amp. water, wifi. We understand many of you do travel with small dogs. We're happy to accommodate (1) pet no more than 20 lbs. As well there is no smoking directly on our estate. however Inside your RV or off the estate is what we kindly ask. We strive for a clean green organic property and we take care of our sea life as well. Since we're part of the Keys Sanctuary there is no fishing permitted directly in our area. however we're Mins. away from public access to fishing. Walking distance from great eateries. 1 1/2 hrs to KW & 35 mins to Everglades National Park.

Glass bottom boat, Christ of the Deep, John PenneKamp, African Queen, Sunset Paddle Boat all within 5-10 min drive. Same w/ Islamorada.

Our estate is all hard wood and beautiful big trees. This particular location is designed for adults. Tax is 12.5% CC. or call about Payment and reservation arrangements and a lot cleaning fee of $75.00. We are happy to accommodate our Winter Guests for 2-4 month minimum. Dec - April. Summer months are a minimum of 1-2 months. In the off Season September 10- November 10 we will consider 1-2 week rental. Included are: Private Gated Estate and safe environment, clean property weekly, Water, 50 amp, WiFi available at our hot spots. Sewer is cleaned out by our local pump trucks that come directly to you. You will set up an account with them.directly.

Dry Camping includes: Water, wifi hot spots. you must be self contained and there are local areas to dump.
