We are 20 miles south of downtown Arcadia. We are 20 minutes to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, well worth the drive for the quiet we appreciate.

We are listing the most luxurious, non-casita lot in this neighborhood for $210,000. There is so much we will miss here, but we are also excited for the next phase of our journey.
