This is a small (39 sites), quiet, friendly resort. Lot 13 is an open site with tree on front driver side. Parking pad is 10 by 33, patio 8 by 30 with picnic table and grille table. Large grassy area behind the site. RV must have neat, clean appearance and be at least 21 ft. long. Tents, pop-ups or truck campers not allowed. Resort has clubhouse, heated enclosed pool, laundry room. Maximum 2 adults, 2 children, 2 pets (some restrictions). Plus electric.
Minimum 3 month stay Jan Feb Mar.
