taken to the RV. Sewage water is taken to the dump station at the
back of our house. There is also a shower at the back of the house.

RV LOT is near the back of property on the street (alley). Basic Electricity, Water, Sewer and Mail Service are free and included. Air Conditioning/Heating Electric Usage is additional fee if desired. No internet or cable TV is provided. No laundry service is on site. No propane is included. There is an outside shower that is shared for common usage. If you want propane service for certain items, you would need to fill tanks. We are in the Salton City area in the Vista Del Mar residential housing area. Close to the Salton Sea. Very quiet and tranquil area. No issues with crime or congestion. 30 minutes away (25 miles) is major shopping in Indio California such as major grocery stores chains and Walmart. There is a Family Dollar and AM-PM Travel Center with a Food Court 10 minutes away on Highway 86. The Food Court has a Taco Bell, KFC, Subway, Coffee House, Cinnabon, Pizza Hut and a Bar. Also the Red Earth Casino is 5 minutes away with restaurants and a full service gasoline/market area. We are basically the Salton Sea Recreation Area. We prefer a Senior
Citizen and/or Retired person. However if you are clean living and with a solid job with references we can look at that also. As well, families are accepted however more information would be required as part of any negotiation to rent. We are looking for a Non-Smoker/Non-Drinker.....Employed or Retired with ability to show identification and job references and salary/pay stubs. NO PETS. (However exceptions can be made about pets on negotiation) Personal references are also accepted but not required. 395 Monthly........200 Refundable Deposit on move out if contract honored......you won't find something else at that kind of super rental price that includes basic electricity.style..Very simple basic safe place to live.
