Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than two occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.

Monthly Rental Fee: is $1,000.00 per month which covers monthly HOA fees, water and trash is covered via HOA. Tenant will be required to put electrical bill and the FIOS bill in their name before moving in.. A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.
