This is a seasonal condo community (April 15-October 15) with some camping trailers and park models .

There is a large shed on the property, and 2 golf carts come with it.

They trailer is a 2007 Crossroads Zinger and has 1 queen bedroom and a bunk room with 4 bunks. Lots of storage. Screen room that attaches to awning. Trailer is easily removed if you prefer a park model.
