Discover your ideal home at our year-round, privately-owned resort nestled along the Hood Canal!

Amenities that you would enjoy would be our water front Hot Tub, our covered outdoor dining in the Gazebo, and our clubhouse with a Fireplace and Pool table. Also, for your use would be a lush lawn for lawn games or gather around communal fire pits. The resort offers other convenient amenities like a Guest Laundry Room, Dive Storage, and proximity to Clark Creek and a Trail through the forest. You would also have access to the private beach. This is also a Food Beach for harvesting Oysters. For fishing enthusiasts, we provide not just a dock but 10 boat slips. Propane, ice, and wood are readily available on-site for your convenience.

Local Grocery store only 2 mins away. Many hiking trails near by and entrance to Olympic national park within 20 mins. Lake Cushman also within 20 mins. Restaurant options near by. Next major town of Shelton only 20 mins away.

Monthly sites that are available are 30 or 50 amp sites up to 40'.
30 amp is $700 a month in the winter and 50 amp is $800 a month in the winter. Utilities are metered and charged separately per month.
Peak season ( May through end of September monthly rates increase)

Internet is not included in the monthly cost, you would need to have your own solution for that.

Rig needs to be 10 years or newer. Pets need to be approved. Each individual living in the trailer need to be approved and background checks will be required. One vehicle is included in price. Additional vehicles need to be approved and may have an additional cost. Proof of income required for approval.
