We have a 23’ x 49’ RV lot for rent. This RV lot is in the front section of Breezy Pines Estates; which backs up to the Key Deer Refuge. Breezy Pines Estates is located at MM 30 where there is a Post Office, several banks and Big Pine Restaurant just around the corner! There is also a Winn Dixie and other shops up the road for your shopping pleasure!

Lot B-7 is an outside perimeter lot. The lot will accommodate up to a 36’ unit. (No slide-outs please!) The lot itself has a beautiful patio made out of “gold travertine” pavers to accommodate your grill and patio furniture. The rest of the lot is covered with white rock. The lot is provided with 30 amp and 50 amp service. Electric, water and cable are included!

You are welcome to use the amenities which include: a club house, a swimming pool, wireless internet and a coined operated laundry mat. The occupant is required to follow the park rules.

The monthly rental is in season is $1100. Should you decide to pay all 3 months in advance the lot rate per month for the season is $1,000 per month. $3,000 to be paid in full.
