I have a two lot parcel for sale at the Lake Tenkiller Harbor HOA community. Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Park Models, Tiny Homes, Manufactured Homes all welcome. Water, sewer, electric available for connection at property [cost to connect water/sewer about $7,000 and electric is about $1,500 or less). Lots B201 & B202 are adjoining lots directly across from the HOA office, rec room and swimming pool. See attached Plat maps for Section "B". Lot B202 is approximately 40 feet wide x 125 feet depth; Lot B201 is approximately 40 feet wide by 115 feet depth. Property will need to be cleared of overgrowth. Lots B201/B202 have 4 survey markers at the exterior corners of the combined lots. We visited the properties early September 2023.
