$950 per month, that includes electricity, water, sewer and trash. There is also a large propane tank on site you can use at your expense. Three month minimum. Credit check required. First month and $1,000 security deposit due at signing.

Please note that to access this location you must travel about a mile and a half down a dusty, rough gravel road.
