Sunset Ridge is a moderately sized RV Park built on the side of a mountain with beautiful long-range mountain views. It is easily accessible off of Hwy 23/441. The park includes a beautiful clubhouse with a full kitchen and exercise equipment, and a large, nicely appointed patio with firepit. A saltwater pool is available for your use.

The lot has a huge concrete pad with room to easily hold your coach and a vehicle. There is a large, covered pavilion with an outdoor kitchen which you may use, all but the gas grill. The coach house will be inaccessible.

The town of Franklin is 5 minutes away and has a great Ingles grocery store, many restaurants, and 2 excellent breweries. There are picturesque mountain towns nearby with shopping, dining, and other fun activities. Asheville is an hour away with all it has to offer, including an international airport. Cherokee and Smokey Mountain National Park are a half hour from Franklin.

To rent at Sunset Ridge, you must be driving a class A motorhome at least 33’ long and 10 or less years old. Length of stay must be at least a month. I would like to rent out the lot for June, July, August, September, and/or October. Rent is $1550 per month which includes electric.
