Located in the shady area of the resort just steps away from the clubhouse and our gorgeous “Central Park”. A short distance further and you are at the lake with private boat dock. This is a pull-in site with privacy bushes on the driver’s side and front of the site. The main outside living area is on the passenger side. The overall size of the lot is 78’ long by 36’ wide. The RV concrete pad is 65’ x 29’ x 6” with the additional concrete added in 2021. There is a private grassy space at the back of the lot behind the privacy bushes where an additional living space could be built.

Don’t worry about storage as a one-year-old 5’ x 10’ shed with electricity comes with the lot. Also, a new underground power line was run from the main power box to the lot pedestal. The pedestal box has a new 50 amp plug and breakers along with a separate breaker for the shed power.
