One More Day RV Lot---Enjoy peace and tranquility in this spacious .33 acre RV lot. The lot is located 2.2 miles from the pristine beaches of Indian Pass (Lee St. Beach access) and 4.4 miles to Salinas Park. This large lot is conveniently located on 30A, central to the areas of Port Saint Joe, Cape San Blas, and Apalachicola.

It is just a short distance from the Indian Pass Raw Bar, Indian Pass General Store, and Indian Pass Marina. This area has lots to offer…kayaking, scalloping, fishing, biking and the most beautiful white sand, pet friendly, beaches with an old Florida feel. It is a BACK-IN, FULL HOOK-UP lot with 20/30/50 amp outlets. It is a level, gravel lot which includes a picnic table and trash bin.

Directions: The address for One More Day RV lot is 9595 CR 30A Port Saint Joe, FL 32456 Lot 4.​ Apple Maps has the address listed as 9595 SR 30A and Google maps has it listed as 9595 County Rd 30A. This is a brand new RV lot and there is not a sign at the entrance. There is a marker with the address at the entrance (see the pictures). The lot is located approximately 1.5 miles East of Indian Pass Raw Bar on the left. It is approximately 15 miles from Apalachicola on the right. Be sure to look for the marker at the entrance! It is very easy to go past the entrance!

Once you enter, the lot is the fourth driveway on the left. A sign is at the lot to mark the entrance. Address and lot number are also clearly marked on the site. We hope that you enjoy your time at Cape San Blas and you will say we wish we had “One More Day”!

Check In/Out Instructions: Trash Collection is on MONDAY and the trash can needs to be placed on the street at the end of the site on SUNDAY NIGHT (or when you check-out) for pick-
up.
