Full hookups on the property (water, septic, electric, trash) and you are liable for your electric usage (metered). The private lot is completely fenced in and includes a 36’ x 10’ concrete slab for your RV or tiny home and has plenty of space to park a car within the gated property. There is also a beautiful stone lower picnic area that is perfect for your leisure activities. Additionally, we provide a private shed within the gated area for your use. The lot shares a connecting fence to our yard, which will be off-limits. The lot is located in peaceful Valley Center, California. We are located 5 minutes from Lake Wohlford and Valley View Casino.
