HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are

$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights

This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.

Monthly Fee: is $1,255 per month plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.
