Unit has a queen size bed, bathtub w/shower, house style toilet (no holding tanks), 2 lofts, plenty of cabinet space and lots of windows. Unit is located in the Deer Run RV Resort in Crossville Tenn. Deer Run offers a basketball court, pickleball court, shuffle board, horseshoes, pavilion, beach, swimming pool, two playgrounds, dog park and a 25 acre lake for fishing and kayaking. There is also a 12 x 14 storage building and a washer & dryer included. The tiny house as hardy board siding, metal roof, gutters with leaf guards, fire pit and a large covered porch. Storage building is also hardy board and painted to match the tiny house. Occupancy is seasonal from April 1st till November 15th. There is a $75 maintenance fee paid monthly to Deer Run RV Resort. Water and electricity are metered, sewer is included with the monthly maintenance fee. Wifi is available. The tiny house is on a 50 amp service.
