Located on Lake Greenwood in Cross Hill, SC, Lake Greenwood Motorcoach Resort is a beautiful Class A and Super C resort with friendly people and bountiful amenities, such as a clubhouse, hot tub, and pool with a view of the lake.

Lot 6 is located just steps away from the clubhouse. Walk just a little further and you are at the lake and free private boat dock.

Lot 6 is a pull-in site with privacy bushes to the front of the site. The main outside living area is on the passenger side. The overall size of the lot is 62’ long by 36’ wide. The RV concrete pad is approximately 62’ x 29’ x 6”.

The Association fee is $570 paid quarterly, which includes sewer, garbage, boat dock (if needed), and all amenities. There are two work campers on-site to assist owners and trash pickup. Property tax is $209 a year and electricity and water are charged to the owner.

This privately-owned resort is for both short-term and long-term visits. The lot can be placed in the rental pool where 60% of the proceeds go to the owner.
