HOA's Rental Processing Fee: This fee is paid to the association each time a site is rented. The fee is $30 for 2 nights or less, $60 for 3 to 29 nights and $100 for 30 nights or more on the same site. This one time fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Additional Occupancy Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant
