This space is on my private countryside lot located in Northeast Oklahoma 3 miles from the small town of Langley. No other RV rental spaces are on my property. It's in a quiet, pleasant rural area nestled among cattle ranches. The space is level and has a gravel surface. I'm flexible on what I will allow on the space. It's outside the city limits and there are no restrictions on what can be parked here. Units over 40 feet are ok. It has nearby shade trees and shared use of the one fourth acre lot (except the house & garage), picnic table and a gas grill. There is plenty of off street parking even for large vehicles. It has 30 AMP electrical service but can be upgraded to 50. Electric, water, sewer, garbage & internet are all included in the rent. Two day minimum stay at $15 per day, one week is $80 and $300 by the month with no maximum stay. There is a boat ramp about a half mile away onto the Neosho River which flows into Lake Hudson. Grand Lake with it's over 1100 miles of shoreline is only 4 miles away. Hogans Off Road Park offers ATV and ORT use. It is in Disney about 6 miles away. My area is great for bicycle riding with miles of lightly traveled country roads with nice views. Langley has a major grocery store, quite a few restaurants and many service businesses.
