Includes hookups to 30 amp electricity, water, sewer, wifi. You provide your own propane.

There are outdoor bathhouses, a gazebo for hanging out, shuffleboard court and a community lodge.

The space does not include use of the Growing Spaces Greenhouse or shed, but arrangements can be made with the owner for certain circumstances. Length of space is 45’ long and about 20’ wide, so a camper or small car/camper combo would have to fit on this space.

The lot is fenced, but we prefer no pets. Owner’s partner lives next door.
