This property boasts of a truly amazing views in the resort. Numerous amenities will make this visit one of pure enjoyment. There is a perfect kitchen with BBQ, side burner, sink, and fridge. Use the kitchen bar or the dining table with comfy cushioned chairs to enjoy your outdoor dining. The TV/lounge area with overhead shade cover is one of the best spots for enjoying the beauty of the golf course, mountains and lakeside view. Renter has use of the golf cart, and free wifi at the site. You will want a modem and we will give you the password.

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Additional Occupancy Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.

Nightly Fee: Includes electricity is $175 per night. Nightly renter will still have use of the cart and the internet. The BBQ, side burner and appliances are not available for use.

Monthly Fee: is $1,655 per month plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.

Monthly renter will have use of ALL amenities on the site
