This Space/Lot:
Located on a deep canal with 35' of seawall to dock your boat. Dock bumpers and docking whips installed dockside. Located in a quiet, private, shady, tropically landscaped, low traffic area. You may have our manatee friends come visit you. If you do give them a drink of fresh water from your hose. They love it!

Maximum Length for RV and Vehicle 60 ft.

This is a lot located in a resort community called Venture Out Resort. The lot is in close proximity to the swimming pool, spa, salt water swimming lagoon, boat ramps, convenience store, Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce Ball, washers dryers, showers and gas for your boat. It is a quiet, peaceful, neat and orderly community with resort amenities you can enjoy. It is comprised of RV lots along with single family homes that is gated with 24 hour security. It is good for any age group. Everyone will find something they like to do!

Parking:
OVERFLOW PARKING:
A. Only one recreation vehicle and one automobile (or automotive transportation vehicle) are permitted on each lot, and the vehicle must be parked on the paved driveway.

B. If your vehicle does not fit in your unit’s driveway you must park it in overflow parking. Due to the various lengths of vehicles and individual unit’s parking spaces we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will fit. Trailers and additional vehicles also must be parked in the overflow parking lot. Space available basis only.

C. You must register at either the Guard Gate or Venture Out office if you need Overflow Parking when you arrive (all vehicles in excess of one). Daily Rates: $5.00 under 20' and $10.00 20' or over.

The RV Resort:
Stay at this magical location in the Florida Keys. on Cudjoe Key. Venture Out Resort is midway between Key West and Marathon Key at Mile Marker 23. There are two boat ramps and gas pumps located at the community store. If boating, fishing, diving, and kayaking aren't enough there are tennis/pickle ball, heated swimming pool and saltwater lagoon, hot tub, waterside and tiki huts. Hook ups are on the lot, water, sewer with 20,30 & 50 Amp service. Two pets are allowed.

Resort Requirements:
No Soft style campers, soft top pop ups, pop ups of any kind., tents, homemade truck campers are not allowed. No homemade conversion vehicles are permitted. Professionally manufactured RV's, 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers are permitted (RVIA).

VO REGISTRATION FEE $125.00- DUE UPON ARRIVAL CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
