This Space/Lot:
Located on a canal, 35' of seawall to dock your boat, in a quiet, private, shady, tropically landscaped, low traffic area. You may have our manatee friends come visit you. If you do give them a drink of fresh water from your hose. They love it!

This is a lot located in a resort community called Venture Out Resort. The lot is in close proximity to the swimming pool, spa, salt water swimming lagoon, boat ramps, convenience store and gas for your boat. It is a quiet, peaceful, neat and orderly community with resort amenities you can enjoy. It is comprised of RV lots along with single family homes that is gated with 24 hour security. It is good for any age group. Everyone will find something they like to do!

Parking:
OVERFLOW PARKING:
A. Only one recreation vehicle and one automobile (or automotive transportation vehicle) are permitted on each lot, and the vehicle must be parked on the paved driveway.

B. If your vehicle does not fit in your unit’s driveway you must park it in overflow parking. Due to the various lengths of vehicles and individual unit’s parking spaces we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will fit. Trailers and additional vehicles also must be parked in the overflow parking lot.

C. You must register at either the Guard Gate or Venture Out office if you need Overflow Parking when you arrive (all vehicles in excess of one).Daily Rates: $5.00 under 20 ft. or $10.00 for 20 ft. or over.

The RV Resort:
Stay at this magical location in the Florida Keys. You could have this special visitor come visit you. If you do, get out the water hose and feed them some fresh water. This is what they are looking for from their human friends!
Cudjoe Key at Venture Out Resort is midway between Key West and Marathon Key. Lot with hook ups. Bring your RV and boat to enjoy your spot in paradise on this shady, tropically landscaped canal lot with 35' of boat dockage. You may see our friendly manatees in the canal. They are looking for fresh water. Give them a drink with a hose! There are two boat ramps and gas pumps located at the community store. If boating, fishing, diving, and kayaking aren't enough there are tennis/pickle ball, heated swimming pool and salt water lagoon, hot tub, waterside and tiki huts. Hook ups are on the lot water, sewer, 110, and 30 and 50 amp service. Two pets are allowed.

Resort Requirements:
No Soft style campers, soft top pop ups, pop ups of any kind., tents, homemade truck campers are not allowed. No homemade conversion of any vehicle are permitted. Professionally manufactured conversion RV's are permitted. No pop ups of any kind. No tiny houses. No rented RV's, you must own and title to your RV
