The site is on a 40 acre ranch out in the country, located in a gated Ramona community on the east side of town. We're looking for the right person or couple to feed 3 horses twice daily, and feed goats and dogs once daily, as well as corral cleaning and weekly mowing. Typically, this is about 30 hours per month.

In exchange, we'll provide a private RV Space with full hookups (E/W/S). The space rent includes a paved driveway, parking for two vehicles, water, septic connection and trash service. The level and paved RV pad is approximately 60' X 24'. Partial shade in mornings and evenings. Pets may be considered. One horse corral is also available at additional cost.

Interested applicants will need to provide their own self contained RV, as well as pay $400 in RV space rent and their metered electric usage. Phone, TV and/or internet service is not included, but available through local providers.

Applicants must provide references and pass credit and background checks. Security and utility deposit is required. Ideal applicants would be looking for longer term space rental, and like working around animals.
