Lot rent includes 50 amp electrical service, water, and sewer. The park offers limited wi-fi service, which usually can be accessed at this lot but is much better in the screen room at the clubhouse. Nextdoor is Welaka State Forest, offering Mud Springs and numerous trails. To our south and straight out of our basin is (Mud Creek Cove, aka Little Lake George) situated directly on the St. Johns River. Just around the corner and a little more than a stone's throw, Bear Creek & Ocklawaha River merge into St. Johns River. Directly on the other side of the river is Ocala National Forest offering an endless natural scenic forest view. If you get to missing the hustle and bustle of city life, no worries, you are less than an hour away from Daytona or St. Augustine. Did someone say, "Airport!" Add another 15 mins to arrive at either the Jacksonville or Orlando Airport as well as major medical facilities. Doesn't get any better than, Welaka, the "Bass Fishing Capital of The World!"
The monthly rate for less than 6 months is $975 (includes, water, sewer & electricity). 6 months or more is $850 with 1st and Last due upon arrival.
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve the lot. Deposit applied towards rent.
