In the N.E. Georgia Mountains. Very close to the Appalachian Trail on top of the highest peak in GA. Paradise Valley Campground is 100% deeded lots. This is not like your everyday campground. There are no daily comings and goings. Although once you own your lot you can come and go all year long. We never close. Our utilities are all under ground. There is the best mountain water, 20/30/50AMP and sewer. Wifi is free at the pool and clubhouse, or you can get your own at your lot along with a land line telephone. TV is either Directv or Dish Network or streaming. This particular lot is the very last lot on the Trout Stream available. You can bring in any size RV because this lot is oversized. You have room for a large deck and a cabin as well.
We are 20 minutes to Helen and many waterfalls. Great people live here during the Spring thru Fall. Most return to the south for the winter...but you are welcome all year as long as you don't set up residency in the park. We have many full time Rv-ers who use the park as a base or starting point to meet up and go on a journey. We do get light snow in the winter but no blizzards. HOA fees are $586/yr and taxes are less than $250. We have a short 5 mile trip into town where there is Ingles, IGA, Walgreens and Walmart. Every fast food restaurant and plenty of trendy places in Helen and Dahlonega. We have a NE GA hospital walk in Clinic with a good amount of doctors in the same building.
