Lot size is approximately (70’x 20.5’) with a small concrete pad & picnic table, there is a concrete ramp walkway to a 10’ x 6’ shed for easy access. Site WILL ACCOMMODATE LARGE RIGS & parking for 2 vehicles. There is extra parking at the Club House if needed for guests. Full hookups include 50-30-20 amp/water/sewer. This is nicely shaded during certain times of the day. There is also a small tree on front side of lot.
Chassa Oaks is a small RV resort consisting of only 39 sites located in an all-natural area with a quiet and friendly social group of renters and owners getting together for potluck dinners, cards, puzzling and crafts. All necessary amenities are close by. Public’s grocery store is 1 mile away, drug stores, gas stations, fast food to fine dining and medical needs are also a short distance away. Walmart is only 2-3 miles up on RT 19. Crystal River and Homosassa Springs are also close by. If water sports are your thing there is great fishing and scalloping in the Gulf and a nice beach in Crystal River. It’s all here and close by is an expressway giving 1-hour access to Tampa area attractions including Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium and Tampa International Airport. It’s approximately 1 ½ hours to Orlando area attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and more.
Chassa Oaks has a small private community clubhouse with WIFI a screen enclosed heated pool, laundry facilities, handicapped accessible rest rooms & showers, exercise room, craft and puzzle room, large screen TV’s and full-size warming kitchen, all this just awaits your ownership or maybe awaits your vacation stay.
