Without a doubt, the best RV lot and carport in Talking Rock Creek Resort plus a 2015 Canyon Trail 37ft 5thWheel Model32FRKT with a Residential French Door Refrigerator, convection microwave, fireplace, king bed, house-size tub, leather furniture and real wood cabinets. The oven and cook top have never been used, and we slept in the RV less than 30 nights total. The carport has the highest gauge steel available with double posts. The lot has its own 100amp power pole and is wired for a 30amp hot tub in the backyard. The resort has a gated entrance, a large pool and clubhouse across the street from our lot, 100 miles of riding trails, white-water streams, a stocked fishing pond, a large exercise room in the clubhouse, a boat storage yard, tennis + basketball courts, and less than 5 miles to a public boat launch and Carters Lake Marina. The HOA fee is only $50/month, and this gets you free WIFI, lawn service and water. I love everything about this place, but my wife hates living in anything that has less than 5000 square feet.
