They are easily raised or lowered. This feature not only provides privacy, when you choose, it does much to maintain the temperature you desire. At the same time shades are designed to allow full view of the outdoors while inside.

Golf cart parking, with housing for the charger, is to the left of the entrance. Just out the door of your RV, under the shade structure, is a great kitchen with a large sink, granite counters, under cabinet refrigerator, beverage cooler and storage. Ceiling fans, and lights through out.

Dining area, and living room, are all under cover while fully open to the outdoors. Most of the furniture inside and out are included with the property as well as the TV.
