I am listing my 1 yrs old Casita and RV site located at Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort in Polk City, Fl. Central A/C and heat( very inexpensive to run. Resort is sold out every winter, between rentals and some owners. Owners there are some of the nicest/friendly people you will rub elbows with. They also ride weekly as a group if you are a biker. Clubhouse is beautiful with large function room, kitchen, excersize, kitchen and card room. Pool w/hot tub off function room is sweet. Resort is managed by the same people who built my Casita and all the others. Nice outfit that does nice work. My unit is fully tiled floors. I am listing since I went thru major heart and other surgeries in the past year which has me relocating to where I am from. I am offering furnished for $4500 additional which includes washer and dryer. This is one nice centrally located Casita which is 40 miles from Tampa and 25 miles to Disney right outside the entrance to the resort. HOA dues and taxes are very reasonable.
