This lot is 30 foot wide by 50 foot long which is 1,500 square feet of the lot, it comes with 30 amp electric hook up, water hook up, sewer hookup, trash dumpster and free wifi. The lot rent is $35.00 a day for however long you wish to stay which will be paid in advance either by paypal or some other electronic transaction that will assure your reservation of the lot is secure for the date you request of your stay. You will also have to sign a simple lease agreement when arriving to protect you and me of your stay. You may also pay in cash when you arrive but there will be no guarantee of the spot availability because it will be first come first serve.
