Waterfront lot on the Steinhatchee River. Very private setting, water/sewer/50amp hookup included , private dock, 20 x 25 concrete pad. Weekly only (Sunday 4pm - Sunday 12 noon). 30' maximum 5th/trailer. Quiet, tranquil neighborhood....no loud music, parties, etc. Must be respectful of neighbors.
$250 wk during scallop season - $200 wk non-scallop season.
