Hello, this will be long winded. Selling our 36E, We installed a Banks intake /exhaust system, a 5 star tune which really made a huge difference, I also installed anti sway bars for the front and rear , installed a safety + steering stabilizer, sumo springs on the front and new Monroe front shocks that I just installed,and a pancake compressor in one of the compartments with retracting hose. All the performance and safty additions were installed after the new engine was installed, FYI, This MH had a issue with a noisy lifter/rod at 9500 miles, because of this and the extended warranty we had on this ,a new most current version of the V10 engine Ford V10 was installed in 2020. (not a rebuilt or remanufactured engine) . The work was done by performance in Carson City which is where all the oil changes where done untill the warranty for the new engine expired. We have all the invoices and records of the work done.Never had an issue or oil leak since the installation of the new engine. Even though the odommeter reads 23,000 ,the new engine has only 13 ,500 on it.This unit has a 1 and a half bath , 3 tvs, queen bed (very comfy) upholstery is in great shape except the dreaded flex steel upholstery on the drivers and pass. seats and front backrest, we use ventilated full length seat custions to stay cool and help prevent any more flaking. the custioning and underlaying upholstery is in great shape ,just the surface. The couch , table seats and back of captain seats have no issues and are in very good shape. Also both captain seats swivel backwards which is very convenient. We kept this MH in excellent shape and maintained on time with quality parts and oils. Same with the Generator .Tires are only 3 years old and are in very good shape, (Toyos) we always use tire covers with camping. MH is always stored in a storage facility that has a roof and is out of the sun and elements for winter and summer storage. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you
