The awning rolls into a metal cover, in very good shape. Holds 120 gallons fresh water / 40 / 40 grey and black. Front sleeper, loft drop down and benches on both sides can lay flat. Easily sleeps 6 people. The garage length is 13.5 feet. Newer Tires replaced last season. Trailer cover also included.
