This unit is 11'11" cabover camper with door entrance on theside of the unit. We are the second owners and it has been stored under cover by both of us. This unit is loaded with everything in good working order as we have used it consistently. It includes Dometic R/F, hot water, AC, propane interior heater, 3 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, shower and toilet, queen size bed, stereo with surround sound, Generac generator with 164 hrs, roof top solar, TV/DVD player, new high output deep cycle marine battery, all electric camper jacks, no leaks, lots of extras necessary for camping with hook-ups. We had to move to a trailer for health reasons but were so impressed with the Lance quality that we bought a used Lance travel trailer. Can send pics if interested with email response.
