This 2019 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S has a couple of surprises. One of them is a Murphy bed! An unexpected luxury in a travel trailer that's only 22 feet long.

What makes this work is a very smart floor-plan. The bathroom and refrigerator are at the back, and the dining area is contained in a slide-out! Just look at the pictures. This little guy is very roomy for a trailer this small! 

And, it's not terribly heavy. Fully loaded gross weight is a very reasonable 6560 pounds. Which is surprising considering it has two batteries and two propane tanks, which makes boon-docking easier. 

Another surprise is that there are both a microwave and a conventional oven. Most trailers this size just have a microwave.

Another plus: this one has a propane fueled generator! Obviously, that makes boon-docking even easier!

The interior materials are step up from many competitors. 

The bathroom is very roomy, compared to many others you may look at. 

Plus, this is one of the nicest five year old trailers we have had. Not new, but not abused, either.
