Rare coveted Bunkhouse (bunk house) 4 bunk Model in its own bedroom with door. Stick the 4 kids in the back so mom and dad can have some peace and quiet. We loved this 5th wheel for the time we had it had it. Very well taken care of. No shoe policy always in effect. Has a full size queen bed in the bedroom in the nose of the trailer (most RV's have a queen short sized bed which is not ideal for anyone over 5'6". You will find an insane amount of storage both inside and out. Newer tires. Brand new awning to replace the original warn out one. Outdoor Kitchen is awesome featuring a sink, fridge, gas burner, and pull out counter. You'll find a propane fitting under the kitchen so you can run your grill if desired. This thing has 2 removable 10 gallon propane tanks (newer) This is the Maxx edition which means it is super light and can be pulled with a 1500 truck. You'll be surprised at how well this thing pulls, seriously so light compared to my previous Wild Cat I had before this one. Forrest River made some great 5th wheel campers, the build quality is that of the pre covid era. Brand new Battery bought last week. Upgraded black out curtains in both bedrooms. Has a custom doggy or baby gate to keep the little ones inside and safe. Exterior was just fully detailed and 10 coats of poly glow were applied. RV has been stored inside for quite some time now. Roof looks to be in good condition, I was up there and pressrue washed it when we were doing the poly glow. Looked really good. Awning is electric. Has (3) 2" hitches on the back. Used one for a bike rack. One for a spare tire for my truck (not included). and the middle one was used for a cargo carrier. This is the perfect layout for a family with multiple kids. We looked for a long time for this one and snatched it up when we found it. Kids are older now and wanted to do the Yellowstone Trip in a Class C RV so we bought one of those to replace this one.
