Selling this RV for my deceased Aunt so I can clear up her business and take her ashes to FL to be buried at her family grave. THIS IS A 40PDQ but Im not allowed to select as an option on this listing site! This was her home for the last 12+ years. It was driven to CA from WA in 2020. She passed late 2023 and this RV has been in covered storage since then. Have all records and basic maintenance was always done. The body is in great shape, cabinetry not dinged, no accidents. Storage bays are spotless, new sleep number mattress in July 2023, micro in 2021, water heater in 2018, carpet grubby from use and needs TLC/replacing. Leather couch scratched form a visiting dog. Batteries are toast so bring some and check it out. All legal transfer documents from being registered in SD en route. Need to sell in by late October.

This rig is in Corning CA and I am 600 miles away, will be there Oct.11-14.
