Well maintained travel trailer.  Rear dining offers wonderful views and light throughout.  More storage than you would expect.  New tires 2023, new awning 2024 and dinette seating as been redone in 2024 with heavy duty memory foam inserts for added comfort.  Roof was replaced in 2022.  No leaks and a very clean interior.  This travel trailer is excellent for a couple or solo camper but the dinette can also sleep two comfortably.  The large dinette also allows for friends or family to join you around the table for a meal or games on a rainy day.  Has only been driven locally within two hours of the Denver/South Colorado areas.  Will consider free delivery within 200 miles of La Junta, CO.
