It was lightly used in Arizona for dry camping so it could be used in the winter without having to winterize after every use.

Very clean; no leaks. Axle bearings and trim redone in 2023. External battery isolation switch added in 2022. Includes two batteries and two propane tanks. New foam mattress installed, but the original folding one is still available.
