ESTATE SALE!

First off, this Minnie Winnie is actually 31 ½ feet long, which is more like a small Class A than a Class B. It is very roomy inside.

AND, it has only 65,747 miles! Amazing, at this age!

It is built on a Ford E450 chassis with a 6.8 liter V-10. The local airport shuttle service has several small busses built on the same chassis and same engine, and some of them have over 300,000 miles! This one can be expected to continue running well for quite a bit longer. Right?

Being a Winnebago, it is of better quality than many competitors. There's a lot of real wood inside (rather than veneered particle board), the floor plan is well executed, and there's even a hydraulic leveling system like you would expect in a Class A. 

The shower and toilet are separated, which has obvious benefits. And, look how roomy that shower is!

The owner recently passed away, and the estate brought this to us to sell. According to J D Power, this Minnie Winnie sticker price new was over $80,000 in 2003 money, or about twice that in today's money. So, our price is not much more than what taxes and fees would be on a similarly priced new one today.

Here's the catch: We have inspected this unit. The refrigerator, A/C, slides, etc. work fine. As you can see, the sofa is missing. The awnings are well worn. The tires are old. The estate does not have the money to fix these things. So, you'll want to spend some money on it once it's yours.

The power train components and the dash A/C work just fine.

But, again, you might find one that has no issues, but is priced way higher or has a lot more miles.
