Description

2001 Fleetwood PACE ARROW 34R 2 Slide outs, sleeps 5, 40,000 miles, and a 5500KW Generator. The interior is in very good shape, and everything is in perfect working order. The carpet is faded but in great condition, we have kept a cover on the sleeper sofa, so it still looks new, the drivers and passenger seats are starting to show signs of wear. The two AC units and heater keep the RV comfortable year-round. The RV is winterized, and all luggage compartments are lined with carpeting keeping your gear from sliding around. There is one small full pass-through compartment and several large storage compartments, all the hydraulic door lifts and latches have been replaced. All awnings came with a cover and have not been used very much so they still look new. The dump station is clean and does not smell; both the black and gray tank valves were replaced within the past two years, and there is an outside shower for washing everything down. The electrical, cable TV and phone line connections are in the dump station compartment. The Ford Triton V10 is running excellently and has the full BANKS power pack upgrade, this really makes a difference when climbing hills; we are averaging 12-14 MPG. The tires were replaced new in 2019 and have always been covered, they show no signs of wear or cracking and have never sat uncovered in direct sunlight. We replaced the fuel pump to the Generator, and fuel lines. The roof was completely replaced with an all-new Roof Coating System, the roof was redone in 2021 and came with an 18-year warranty that is transferable by Accent Roofing. Think of the roofing material on the commercial buildings, this is the same flexible material. The RV has been upgraded with new LED lights throughout, 3 additional solar panels were added to the roof along with their own control panel to maintain both house and cab batteries. There is now 1,700 watts of solar panels on the roof and the mounts have been sealed into the roof material. Both the Kitchen and bathroom sink faucets have been replaced. The shower head is a high-volume low-flow shower head; but it feels like a normal shower head and uses even less water than what was originally in the RV. The toilet has been upgraded to a porcelain toilet. Please email for the full list of the features, availability or anything else we can send to help you make a decision.
