The furniture has been upgraded to Villa high quality soft leather funiture for RV's. All 6 tires where replaced last year with Michelin 255/70 R22.5. The bed mattress has been upgraded to a Wilderness top quaily RV mattress. The 2 interior TV's have been upgraded to Samsung 32" smart TV's. The exterior has been upgraded to the Samsung Frame TV. Some of the added extras we added was the Magne Shade sunscreen for the windshield and side glass. We also added a zip install awning sunscreen, wheel covers, TPMS monitoring system and more. We also have a 2011 Tahoe LTZ with 128,000 miles on it that is all set up to tow. The interior (tan) is in excellet shape, the exterior (black)is showing rust beginning at the wheel wells. We are looking for an additional $15,000.00 for that and tow bar (Blue Ox) with all the hardware including a brake assist (Blue Ox Patriot). New tires and brakes, rotors and both rear calipers replaced in Nov of 23. I can provide pictures at your request. Both have a clean title.
