This 2021 Mini Lite 2104s is a great travel trailer that is perfect for any outdoor adventure, especially for couples. We bought it new in 2022 and loved it for three summers and it’s in great shape with zero problems. We’ve only towed it 11 times, about 3000 miles. We had it winterized and inspected by the dealer the first winter and have taken great care of it since. Good Year Endurance tires with Lionshead specialty tire and wheel multi seal and ECO RV Pro Protection (5 year warranty), to help keep it in great shape. Our path has changed a bit, so we won’t be able to use it any longer. Rockwood is known for its quality construction and attention to detail, making it a popular choice among RVers. This model has plenty of storage space for everything. The couch is comfortable and reclines to let you relax while watching TV. The murphy bed is easy to use and we just bought a new mattress a few months ago and it’s super comfortable. The kitchen has all you’ll need, oven, stove, microwave, double sink, counter extension, and nice sized refrigerator/freezer. The dining area and table is roomy, with storage cabinets and drawers, and it can sleep two people. Outside, is a nice sized awning, TV hookup, and outdoor speakers and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outside stairs are great and sturdy. We will also include the outside griddle and cooking shelf and it connects to the propane for easy exterior cooking. It has a solar panel on the roof with a hookup for additional solar panels if needed and two 30 gallon propane tanks. The AC and fan work great!! The slide out has a slide out topper- very helpful and protective. We’ll be including LOTS like the electric hook up wires and surge protector and all adaptors, hoses, cable wires, pressure gage, Rhino flex sewer hoses (2), Furrion back up camera, leveling blocks, two X-wheel chock stabilizers, filters, maintenance supplies, winter cover and lots more! If you need light weight pots, pans, other kitchen items, lamps, blankets, travel tools, we can include them, too. All you’ll need is something to tow the MiniLite with! We used our Nissan Frontier with ease and no issues. We have the Husky hitch and sway bars that we can include if needed. It’s really a great travel trailer and a great deal, but we need to sell it. It’s in the Lake George area at the best campsite, Moose Hillock, and the site is fully paid until Columbus Day so you can enjoy that campground until then or tow away. Asking $24,000 OBO.
