2016 Heartland Big Horn. (BH 3585RL) 5th Wheel, 3 slide outs, 38.9 ft length. 2 axle. Never been "on the road". Stainless steel appliances, everything works great. Propane stove, water pump, fans, brand new ac unit. All works. Sleeps 4. Camper King bed and a Queen pullout sofa.

Full disclosure notes:

1) the original recliner seats that face the TV in the living room have been removed (they were in poor condition). The space is now empty there and new owner can place whatever furniture or other item in that space as desired.

2) the queen sleeper sofa in the living room functions great and is very comfortable but the outer condition of the sofa is deteriorating some and not perfect in any way. Needs work (possible replacement by new owner could be considered). We did not replace as it is very comfortable as a bed.

3) the shade awning is brand new, but got left open two weeks ago and got a tear in the right corner. You can only extend it to about 80% before it then falls down. But at 80% its great. This item can be fixed easily, just dont have time to repair currently.

4) one of the AC units over the master bedroom is brand new, just replaced in last 30 days. The second AC unit works great still also.

5) We have done about $10k in factory maintenance and operational updates in the last 7 months have have them all documented by the manufacturer, including details and cost of all exact work done. All the RV operations work quite well.

6) the RV has never "traveled" or been on the road. It was moved from the original sales location to an RV campground and never moved but once to another RV campground (so basically zero mileage). But the tires are original due to this, and new owner may want to evaluate that and consider future replacements possibility.
