Everything works and was/is well cared for. RV doesn't get much use these days as we transitioned to a class A already so we're looking to sell this one. Did I mention it only has 35,000 miles on it? Onan generator. Cushions and carpet are all in great shape. No leaks, smells, or other issues. Can sell it fully furnished as well (kitchen, bedding). New electric awning installed. Proper (Ford) full privacy window coverings for cockpit. Will get smog completed from my local mechanic once the transaction is verbally confirmed, in person. This will be the final part of the deal. RV license plate registration has already been completed as well. I think there's 9 more months left on it. Tired less than two years old.
