I LOVE this camper! I'm pretty handy so I did a lot to this camper in the time I owned it:
New awning
New water pump
New batteries
New JVC Radio/Car Play with Blue Tooth, etc
Cleaned tanks
Upgraded cab A/C
Engine tune up and replaced belts
Roof was re-sealed just before we bought it so all is dry.
Replaced parts to tighten steering and gear shifter (this was expensive but worth it).
Tightened the cabinets, trim, joints where needed, and replaced small parts where needed.
Added a fresh hose with shower (sprinkler) attachment to hook up to the kitchen sink for outdoor shower or dog washing!
Everything works extremely well except the skylights could use a little attention. Also, as seen in pictures, the rear had scraped the road (I did this) so the fiberglass has a small crack on each side in the rear, but it's firmly in place and does not NEED to be fixed, in my opinion. I'd just leave it as is.
The engine runs like a champ. I went about 10k miles and did not burn any oil. Tires are all good and were replaced before I bought it. So they have life left. Water heater, furnace, fridge, stove, microwave, tv and dvd all work great. Both A/C units crank cold air!
It comes with a spare water pump, a service kit for the generator, cover, fresh hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks.
The bed is super comfort
